Our established niche client law firm based in Hemel Hempstead is currently seeking a NQ Residential Property Solicitor to join their friendly expanding Property Dept.

Your tasks

You will be working with a varied caseload consisting of Sales and Purchases of Leasehold and Freehold Properties, Remortgaging, New Builds, staircasing etc.

With support staff in place, you will work closely with the HoD taking on some of his existing workload, therefore help is at hand. Could be seen as a great learning curve should you have any gaps or for those wishing to enhance their legal career in this practice area!

Requirements

The successful NQ Property Solicitor will have had some experience in Residential Property, enough to hit the ground running on a sale and purchase of a freehold/leasehold property. Ideally this is for someone who is looking to build on their previous property skills.

Should you just be starting your legal career as a NQ Solicitor and you have some experience with a desire for Residential Conveyancing and all that it brings, then look no further.

*Case Management Systems experience would be helpful, although induction can be given.

What we offer

Salary : £33-35,000pa dep on exp + bonus + Pension

Holidays: Standard plus extra days plus Bank Holidays.
