Internet Cafe Manager/ Attendant

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the internet café. Assist customers with internet use, printing, scanning, and other services. Provide support with online applications and basic troubleshooting. Perform basic computer repairs and software installations. Maintain computer systems, networks, and software updates. Ensure smooth operation of Office Suite and related applications. Handle basic graphic design tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment. Report any major technical issues to management promptly.

Requirements:

Senior High School Certificate, Diploma, or higher (I.T-related field preferred). Strong interest or background in Information Technology. Knowledge of: Graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Canva), Basic computer hardware repairs, Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Networking and internet setup and Basic software installation and troubleshooting. Good communication and customer service skills. Reliable, energetic, and able to work with minimal supervision.
