Responsibilities and duties Responsible for managing internal communication channels, planning and executing internal and external communication campaigns and initiatives, conducting communication projects focused on institutional initiatives and change management, as well as executing campaigns related to diversity, equity, and belonging. Acts autonomously, strategically, and analytically, with interlocution between different areas and hierarchical levels and interface with suppliers. Contributes to strengthening the institutional image and aligning communication with the firm's strategic objectives.
Main activities and responsibilities
- Planning, management, and execution of strategic plans, campaigns, and internal and external communication initiatives/activations;
- Planning and management of communication projects for institutional initiatives, including change management projects;
- Conducting communications and campaigns for Diversity, Equity, and Belonging themes;
- Content production for internal and external communication channels (portals, social media, intranet, institutional website, bulletins, and announcements for employees and clients), for institutional materials (folders, institutional and executive presentations, e-Books, etc.), and for events;
- Production of scripts and corporate videos;
- Implementation and application of measurement methods to evaluate the degree of evolution and impact of communications;
- Generation of periodic reports to monitor communication indicators;
- Interface with internal clients, agencies, and suppliers.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed Higher Education in Journalism or Public Relations;
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the Corporate Communication area;
- Advanced English;
- Mandatory mastery of Office Package (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.);
- Postgraduate degree in areas related to Communication and Marketing (Differential);
- Knowledge of CapCut or other video editing tools (Differential).
