Responsibilities and assignments Elaboration of share/quota purchase and sale agreements; Shareholders' agreements; Various corporate acts (AGE, ACS, ARCA); Participation in cases involving public companies.

Requirements and qualifications Degree in Law; Desirable (differential) experience with public companies; Active OAB registration; Fluent English; Experience with various corporate acts (AGE, ACS, ARCA); Experience with the elaboration of share/quota purchase and sale agreements; Availability to work in a hybrid model in Itaim Bibi - SP.
