Responsibilities and assignments People management (JNR Lawyers and Interns); Acting in civil litigation, arbitration, and negotiation of settlements and mediation; Drafting procedural documents; Initial review of all procedural documents produced by the team they coordinate; Coordination and review of work performed within the scope of due diligences (restricted to the scope of civil and consumer matters); Answering various inquiries related to civil procedural law, civil law, corporate law, and consumer law; Drafting settlements to finalize disputes; drafting extrajudicial notifications and client handling.

Requirements and qualifications Relevant experience in civil litigation and arbitrations; Ability to write and speak in English; Experience with people management; Being flexible.
