Responsibilities and assignments Responsibilities
We are looking for a professional to act strategically and operationally in IT project management, ensuring governance, traceability, risk management, and effective communication between business areas, leadership, and suppliers. You will be the focal point for the projects under your responsibility, ensuring scope clarity, predictability, and integration between areas, with a focus on generating value for the business.
Main responsibilities Conduct PMO activities with a focus on planning, control, and decision-making support, ensuring visibility of deadlines, scope, risks, costs, and dependencies. Act as the focal point for projects, facilitating communication between business areas, technical teams, and suppliers. Maintain and evolve the vision of the IT project portfolio, supporting prioritization according to strategic direction and operational capacity. Conduct requirement gathering, monitoring, and status meetings, ensuring the structured recording of decisions, pending items, risks, and owners. Prepare project plans and schedules with milestones, dependencies, and an executive view, monitoring deviations. Analyze deviations in scope, deadline, cost, and risks, proposing alternatives and escalating to the appropriate instances with clarity regarding impacts. Produce status reports and executive materials that support decision-making by coordination and leadership. Support the gathering and detailing of functional and non-functional requirements, acting as a link between business and technical teams. Support and coordinate testing activities (SIT and UAT), validations, and homologations, preparing for production entry. Ensure project adherence to PMO practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of methods, templates, and indicators.
Requirements and qualifications Mandatory requirements Higher education in Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Consolidated experience in PMO or IT project management, acting with autonomy in monitoring, control, and communication. Solid knowledge of agile, traditional, and hybrid methodologies, with the ability to apply the appropriate approach to each initiative. Experience in projects with multiple stakeholders, business areas, and suppliers, including expectation and conflict management. Experience in planning and controlling medium and high complexity projects, analyzing impacts on scope, deadline, cost, risks, and dependencies. Knowledge of project and portfolio governance, including indicators and prioritization of initiatives. Ability to map processes and analyze functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring traceability between business and technology. Experience in implementation, evolution, or migration projects of corporate systems (ERP, financial systems, automations, AI). Mastery of tools supporting project management and PMO. Intermediate English.
Differentials Post-graduation or MBA in IT Project Management or Governance. Certifications in IT management and governance: PMP, ITIL 4, COBIT Foundation, Scrum Master, or Kanban. ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation. Knowledge of financial, administrative, or tax processes.
Behavioral competencies Consultative and proactive posture, acting as a facilitator between areas, suppliers, and leadership. Clear and structured communication, suitable for technical teams, business areas, and executive levels. Ability to influence decisions and negotiate priorities even without direct hierarchical authority. Autonomy and critical vision to identify risks, anticipate problems, and propose solutions. Systemic vision and organization to deal with multiple simultaneous demands.
INDISPENSABLE Knowledge/Action in:
PMO or IT project management; Agile, traditional, and hybrid methodologies; Project and portfolio governance; Corporate systems projects (ERP, financial, automations).
Work Model: Hybrid, being 2X per week in Itaim Bibi.
