Responsibilities and duties We are looking for an infrastructure professional to act as a technical reference in the layer that sustains an Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (CoE). You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, scalability, and evolution of the technological infrastructure that supports the AI Stack and the client's AI solutions. The position combines operational support and modernization projects, with a strong component of information security and compliance. The professional will work on accelerating the delivery of environments, access, and integrations for AI teams, being responsible for the operational continuity of the infrastructure layer.

Main responsibilities

• Administer and evolve the cloud infrastructure that supports the AI Stack, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Provision environments, access, and integrations for AI tools with agility.
• Ensure resilience and business continuity through Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) strategies.
• Monitor availability and performance of environments, acting on the resolution of infrastructure incidents.
• Manage SSO integrations and ensure access security, involving Active Directory and multi-factor authentication.
• Execute and monitor the configuration of information security and privacy controls.
• Support the vendor and IT service approval process involving Artificial Intelligence.
• Monitor technological obsolescence and propose environment modernization plans.
• Document the environment, configurations, and infrastructure operational procedures.
• Apply ITIL best practices in infrastructure service management.

Requirements and qualifications

Mandatory requirements

• Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related areas.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Current cloud certification (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or equivalent GCP).
• Advanced knowledge in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalents).
• Information security with mastery of frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST, including LGPD applied to infrastructure.
• Corporate networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall) and virtualization of servers and environments.
• Active Directory, SSO, and identity management.
• Monitoring and observability tools for environments.
• Continuity strategies: Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA).
• ITIL and IT service management best practices.
• Intermediate English for technical reading.

Differentials

• Specialization or postgraduate degree in Information Security, Cloud Computing, IT Infrastructure, or related area.
• Certifications in AI applied to cloud, such as Google Cloud AI, AWS AI Practitioner, or Microsoft AI Fundamentals.
• Oracle Cloud certification.
• Experience in environments that sustain generative AI solutions.
• Experience in vendor and IT service approval processes.
• Previous experience in law firms or professional services companies.

Work Model: Hybrid, being up to 2X per week (Mon/Tue) in Itaim Bibi.
