Site Engineer

Support the execution of site activities according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Follow up on daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.

Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and other site teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor the quality of finishing and fit-out works and report any issues or deviations.

Review drawings and ensure proper implementation on site.

Monitor materials, manpower, and site requirements for assigned activities.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the direct manager.

Ensure work is carried out in accordance with quality and safety requirements.

Identify site problems and coordinate with the concerned teams to support timely resolution.

Assist in monitoring project progress, quantities, and completed works.

Ensure proper documentation of site activities and completed works.

Support the project team in achieving project time, quality, and cost objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Architecture.

Minimum 6 months of experience in construction, finishing, or fit-out projects.

Basic knowledge of site execution, finishing works, and construction drawings.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.

Ability to coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple site activities.

Basic knowledge of quality and safety requirements on site.
