Senior Cost Control Engineer

Monitor and control project budgets and costs against approved targets.

Track actual costs vs. budget and analyze variances.

Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and periodic cost reports.

Monitor project commitments, procurement, subcontractor costs, and expenses.

Review variations, change orders, and claims and evaluate their cost impact.

Monitor cost-to-complete and project profitability and highlight potential overruns.

Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Commercial, Construction, and Finance teams.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential financial risks.

Maintain accurate cost records, reports, and supporting documentation.

Support project teams in budget preparation and cost planning.

Ensure timely and accurate cost reporting to management.

Ensure compliance with company cost-control procedures and financial standards.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (Civil/ Architecture)

5+ years of Cost Control experience, preferably in Fit-Out/Construction .

Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting .

Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems .

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills .
