SITE ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily renovation works on site.

Manage workers, subcontractors, and various trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, tiling, painting, flooring, and ceiling works.

Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Monitor work progress, workmanship, and quality standards.

Coordinate with Project Managers, designers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues or defects.

Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are properly stored and used.

Ensure good housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized work site.

Ensure workers comply with site safety requirements and company procedures.

Report project progress, delays, site issues, and required rectification works to the Project Manager.

Coordinate final inspection, defects rectification, and project handover.

Perform other site-related duties as assigned.
