Expert for Logistics & Warehouse Processes (m/f/d) (Engineer - Information, Communication Technology)

Your Tasks

• You coordinate activities in logistics and warehouse management to drive changes and ensure that systems and processes are used effectively and efficiently
• You design, configure, and implement processes in logistics and warehouse management, always with a view to economic efficiency and our customers' requirements
• You actively shape the digital future of LEDVANCE by analyzing and designing the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and supporting, in particular, the implementation of an aEWM system
• You support existing and future processes in all business areas relevant to logistics and warehouse management and take over the coordination of these topics throughout Europe
• You define and optimize processes in close coordination with Sales, our subsidiaries (BG), Distribution Centers (DC), logistics and supply chain offices, external service providers (3PLs), IT, and our customers
• You assume an expert role for logistics and warehouse management processes and serve as the central contact person in this area
• You lead projects and actively participate in projects related to logistics and warehouse management
• You handle incidents and improvements in the aforementioned processes, design and conduct training, and independently create the appropriate training materials
• You prepare projects, including analyses, economic efficiency calculations, as well as capacity and budget planning
• You create functional specifications and process descriptions, prepare test cases and training, and accompany the Go-Live and Hypercare phases

Your Luminosity

• You have a university degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification
• You bring comprehensive experience in logistics and warehouse management, especially in dealing with an aEWM system
• You have experience in project management or sound knowledge in process optimization
• You are well-versed in SAP R/3 and S/4HANA, especially with modules such as SD, MM, EWM, and other relevant components
• You have experience in the integration of SAP with external systems and applications, e.g., via IDOC, RFC, or other interface methods
• You speak fluent English and French; German skills are a plus
• You convince with excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• You work both independently and in a team, including within international structures
• You maintain an overview even with multiple projects and priorities and reliably deliver results within the set deadlines
• You bring diplomatic skill and can simultaneously assert yourself clearly and convincingly
• Willingness to travel completes your profile
