Security Operations Lead M/F

As a recruitment forum organizer, Talents Handicap accompanies many companies & organizations in France in their recruitment of employees with disabilities. Currently participating in one of our forums, the company LECTRA is currently looking for profiles: our IT team based in Bordeaux/Cestas is looking for a Lead SecOps M/F

You will be responsible for the operational security of IT environments, the securing of daily operations (run, change, cloud, workplace, network) and the management of security incidents, in close collaboration with the Cybersecurity, IT teams and SOC partners.

Your main missions will be as follows:

IT Operational Security

• Ensure the application and compliance with IT security standards defined by the Cybersecurity team, and ensure their continuous update,
• Secure environments: user workstations, servers and networks, cloud and SaaS,
• Prioritize risks based on the impact on the availability of IT services,
• Maintain a security posture compatible with operational constraints

Security Incident Management

• Supervise incident detection (SOC, EDR, SIEM),
• Drive incident response with IT teams,
• Act as the security point of contact for the Cybersecurity team during major IT incidents,
• Coordinate containment, remediation and return to normal
• Lead postmortems oriented towards IT improvement.

Integration of security into IT Run & Change

• Integrate security into IT changes, production releases and daily operations
• Work with IT teams to secure architectures and reduce technical and security debt
• Automate security controls and actions

Operational Management of the SOC

• Manage the relationship with the future SOC Manager
• Define and monitor SLA, detection quality indicators, response time,
• Translate SOC alerts into concrete IT actions
• Challenge recommendations

IT Governance, compliance and reporting

• Adopt IT practices in accordance with the security requirements of the Cyber team.
• Maintain key IT processes: Patch management, vulnerability management, access and privilege management
• Produce reporting oriented towards the CIO: Risks, incidents, IT security debt

Leadership and SecOps animation in IT

• Prioritize security actions considering operational impact
• Build security awareness within IT teams
• Be a technical reference

PROFILE

You have a BAC+5 degree in IT or Cybersecurity and have at least 5 years of experience in operational security or IT Ops. You have a fluent level of English.

Technical Skills

• Operational security, SOC, incident management,
• Tools: SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, vulnerability scanners,
• Good mastery of infrastructures, networks, Cloud (Azure appreciated), user environments

Functional Skills

• Management of priorities and risks,
• Ability to decide in crisis situations,
• Clear communication with IT teams, Cybersecurity and management,
• Pragmatic leadership

Appreciated Certifications

• Azure Security (CS-100)
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
