CONTEXT & OBJECTIVE

Lectra IT is composed of approximately 60 employees who ensure the operation and evolution of the information system for the entire Lectra Group and its subsidiaries throughout the world.

The team brings together diverse profiles - Program Managers, Project Managers, Functional Experts, Application Administrators, and Developers - working on a portfolio of diversified solutions and technologies (ERP, Salesforce, Talend, Power BI).

In a dynamic, international, and innovative context, marked by strong transformation and new challenges, particularly related to the Group's acquisitions, IT plays a central role in the digital transformation and operational performance of Lectra.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the IT Programs & Performance Director, you will take charge of leading a multidisciplinary team composed of Project Managers and Application Officers, and ensure the monitoring and implementation of an IT project portfolio with a predominantly tactical focus, with direct operational involvement in key topics, in close connection with business and technical teams.

As a key player in the alignment between business needs, business challenges, and IT solutions, you will contribute to the definition and evolution of the team's technological and methodological trajectory, in a logic of continuous improvement.

YOUR MISSIONS

You will intervene both in project management, management, and strong operational anchoring on key topics.

In this capacity, you are responsible for:

• Managing an IT project portfolio while guaranteeing compliance with commitments regarding quality, deadlines, and costs
• Identifying risks, prioritizing requests, arbitrating emergencies, and coordinating associated action plans
• Managing a team (Project Managers and Application Officers) and supporting their skill development
• Actively contributing to the analysis of business needs and the definition of solutions, in close connection with functional and technical teams
• Supervising support activities (TMA) and the management of application evolutions
• Managing relationships with suppliers and service providers within your scope
• Intervening occasionally on transverse or sensitive topics (major incidents, critical production deployments, post-acquisition integration)
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational practices, working methods (Agility), and the team's technological trajectory

PROFILE

With a Master's degree (engineering school, business school, or university curriculum), you have significant experience in project or program management, acquired within international companies, ideally in SaaS / Cloud and data-oriented contexts.

You have experience in team management, as well as knowledge of information systems or the implementation of ERP.

You master Agile project management and development methods, and you have evolved in complex environments (multi-interface, dense application mapping).

Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to quickly position yourself as a reference actor, capable of animating, uniting, and engaging teams around common objectives.

You are recognized for your ability to manage and report on the progress of the topics under your responsibility, to act as a relay for your manager, while demonstrating daily autonomy.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of an ERP (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics)
• Fluent English (international environment)
• Mastery of Agile methodologies and project portfolio management
