Fashion Business Developer M/F

As an organizer of recruitment forums, Talents Handicap accompanies many companies & organizations in France in their recruitment of employees with disabilities. Currently participating in one of our forums, the company LECTRA is currently looking for profiles: Under the responsibility of the Vice President Business Development Fashion, based in Bordeaux/Cestas, we are looking for our next Fashion Business Developer M/F.

You will contribute to the commercial and acquisition strategy in the fashion market. Your mission: ensure the success of new Lectra offers and support local teams in reaching their objectives.

Your main missions:

• Launch new Lectra solutions or integrate solutions from acquisitions: prepare the launch strategy, create materials, define priorities and plan the steps for internal employees, clients and prospects
• Train and certify local sales and pre-sales teams: guarantee their skill development on products, ecosystems and personas.
• Coach and support sales teams: ensure their autonomy and support the achievement of revenue objectives
• Collaborate with internal and external teams: Sales Directors, subsidiaries, product marketing, strategic clients

Profile

A graduate with a Master 2 (Bac+5), from a business school or a similar curriculum, you master the fundamentals of business development and have in-depth knowledge of the fashion sector.

Your English level is fluent (any other language is an asset). You have excellent negotiation, communication and project management skills.
