Your Missions: Steering, Coordination & Performance?
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for steering and coordinating the various stages of IT projects to ensure their proper execution. You will intervene in several key aspects: Incident Backlog Management: Ensure the processing of Production incidents.Coordination and Monitoring of Software Evolutions: Ensure the coordination and monitoring of product roadmap evolutions.Schedule Management: Develop and monitor project deadlines, ensuring compliance with timelines.Team Consumption Monitoring: Analyze resource utilization and optimize task distribution.Compliance with Commitments: Guarantee that deliverables meet quality requirements and set objectives.Team Assistance: Provide operational support to technical and functional teams throughout the project.KPI Reporting: Define, monitor, and analyze project performance indicators to optimize processes and results.

Skills and Sought Profile:Degree: Degree in IT, project management, or an equivalent field.Experience: Significant experience in IT project management.Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile and/or Cycle en V methodologies.Tools: Mastery of project management tools (SpiraPlan) Expertise: Good understanding of technical and business challenges.
International Dimension: English, an Imperative
Mastery of English is absolutely necessary for the success of the mission.***Level: Fluent English (spoken and written) REQUIRED Usage: International context with an offshore development team.
