Industrial Project Manager M/F

Description:

Reporting to the Industrial Director, you will act as a true conductor for highly technical industrial projects. In this capacity, you will manage the entire life cycle of the projects entrusted to you, from the study phases to the final acceptance at the client's site. You are responsible for controlling costs, deadlines, and the quality of deliverables. You also ensure the interface with the client throughout the project's progress and ensure compliance with contractual commitments. In this framework, you coordinate internal teams and external partners involved in the projects, particularly support functions such as supply chain, quality, or financial teams. You participate in the validation of technical studies and ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and specific client constraints. You also manage the equipment acceptance phases, technical tests, as well as the installation, commissioning, and final validation stages at the client site. This position involves regular exchanges with industrial sites in France and Europe, as well as occasional travel to monitor project progress or supervise suppliers.

Requirements:

With an engineering background (ideally in process engineering and/or mechanical engineering), you have at least 6 years of proven experience in industrial project management, acquired on a production site or within an engineering office. You are proficient in project management tools. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to interact with various stakeholders, manage complex interfaces, and make decisions in demanding technical environments. Your organizational skills, analytical ability, and proactivity in problem-solving will be essential assets for success in this position. Finally, you have professional English proficiency.
