Plan and control the production process to meet specified quality, quantity, and timing. Manage personnel, raw materials, energy, and resources in the production line to achieve maximum efficiency. Control quality standards and production processes, from raw materials to finished goods, while preventing non-standard products. Control and oversee production machinery and equipment, including maintenance, repair, and availability. Manage the production team, including scheduling, task assignment, training, performance evaluation, and employee skill development. Inspect and oversee the production area, buildings, facilities, safety, and environment, including Pest Control. Control raw material usage, analyze waste and non-standard products to reduce loss and increase production efficiency. Coordinate when problems arise or production processes change, while monitoring and resolving abnormalities. Ensure operations comply with laws, environmental regulations, and company standards. Support and prepare for internal and external audits.

Working hours: 6 days/week (1 day off on Sunday) 08:00–18:00 (2-hour lunch break)
Qualifications: Male Education: Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Biological Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Age: Not exceeding 45 years old. Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing production lines in the food/beverage industry. English: Basic level for working purposes; ability to communicate in Chinese-Thai will be specially considered. Understanding of food and beverage production processes, including quality control systems; experience working with large food companies will be specially considered. If holding a certificate in Food Safety Administrator or Safety Officer / Safety Management, will be specially considered. Ability to manage teams and production lines, coordinating with subordinates, executives, and various departments to achieve production goals efficiently. Skills in planning, management, coordination, supervision, and decision-making.
