Business Specialist - Huai Khwang

Perform product registration with the Food and Drug Administration (Thai FDA) of Thailand, including submission, amendment, and renewal of licenses. Coordinate with government agencies such as the Thai FDA, Customs Department, customs brokers, and other relevant authorities. Oversee the import process and customs formalities, from document preparation to cargo release. Prepare and verify import documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other related documents. Coordinate with shipping companies and suppliers to ensure smooth import operations. Verify the accuracy of product labels and documents to ensure compliance with Thai FDA regulations. Support the operations of E-Commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada to ensure legal compliance. Monitor changes in laws and regulations regarding imports and product registration. Maintain documents, monitor logistics costs, and prepare relevant reports.

Business Type: A company operating in the dietary supplement and health product business through continuously growing E-Commerce channels.

Working Hours: 09.00–18.00 (Working alternating Saturdays)

Qualifications: Male or female Age not exceeding 35 years Experience in product registration with the Thai FDA, especially for dietary supplements, food, or cosmetics, will be given special consideration. Knowledge of Thai FDA documents and requirements, such as SorBor.3, SorBor.5, and related licenses. Experience in import work and customs formalities, understanding HS Code and customs declaration processes. Ability to resolve issues regarding products being inspected or detained by the Customs Department. Skills in coordinating with government agencies and both domestic and international business partners. High attention to detail, high responsibility, and the ability to work well under pressure. Good English communication skills.
