The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for full-time and part-time headcounts, including seasonal manpower. This role will also participate in onboarding, offboarding, training, and the coordination of the HR operations. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving ability, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record across core HR operations and talent acquisition functions. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Selection

Manage sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates for full-time, part-time, and internship positions.

Conduct screening, interviewing, and selection processes in line with company standards.

Maintain recruitment trackers and reports to monitor hiring progress.

Employee Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external employee relations matters.

Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns professionally and in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

Ensure all required documentation for new hires and exiting employees is completed and archived properly.

Participate in onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Coordinate and support training sessions for seasonal manpower in collaboration with the operations and training teams.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance of all hiring and exit documentation.

Conduct comprehensive exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas of improvement.

Report and categorize exit reasons and provide actionable insights.

Investigations & Reporting:

Conduct internal investigations related to misconduct or disciplinary issues.

Prepare detailed reports with findings, conclusions, and recommended actions.

Ensure that all investigation processes are fair, confidential, and legally compliant.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

3–5 years of experience in HR operations and Talent Acquisition.

Experience managing high-volume hiring or seasonal ramps alongside day-to-day HR operations.

Strong knowledge of local labor law.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
