*About the Role*

Full-time hybrid role based in Lagos/Sagamu with flexibility to work from home. As a Relationship Officer, you’ll grow client relationships, spot new business opportunities, and hit sales targets.

*What You’ll Do*

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Handle client questions, inquiries, and complaints professionally

• Generate leads from social media and other channels

• Keep client records accurate and up to date

• Meet and exceed sales targets

• Prepare daily sales reports

• Join team meetings and contribute ideas

• Make proactive sales calls to drive business

*What We’re Looking For*

• Minimum HND/B.Sc in any discipline

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability

• Clear communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
