Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Financial Advisor (Sales) based in Ikeja, Yaba, and Lekki Ajah, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Financial Advisor (Sales) will provide personalized financial and insurance advisory services to individual and corporate prospects, helping them understand and select appropriate life and non-life insurance products. Daily activities include prospecting for potential clients, conducting financial and retirement planning analyses, recommending suitable investment-linked and protection solutions, and preparing clear proposals and presentations. The role also involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, handling policy reviews, responding to inquiries for prospect, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. The Insurance Financial Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to support product education, sales initiatives, and customer retention efforts. Qualifications
Strong financial planning and retirement planning skills, with the ability to assess prospect needs and develop tailored solutions. Little understanding of finance and insurance principles, including life and non-life products and risk management and how to sell the idea. Knowledge of investments and investment-linked insurance solutions, with the ability to explain options clearly to potential clients. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time well, and meet targets and deadlines. Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance. Prior experience in insurance, financial advisory, banking, or related financial services roles is preferred.
