Internal Communication Coordinator

We are looking for an Internal Communication Coordinator responsible for designing and executing the group's internal communication strategy, strengthening organizational culture, sense of belonging, and employee experience, as well as alignment between the different business units.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute the annual internal communication plan and communication strategies aligned with the group's objectives.
• Develop content for corporate channels such as intranet, newsletters, announcements, events, and digital tools.
• Coordinate organizational culture initiatives, internal employer branding, and values activation.
• Develop communication strategies related to Organizational Design, Performance and Talent, Learning, and Integration.
• Manage communication campaigns for strategic projects and Change Management processes.
• Strengthen the sense of belonging, commitment, and employee experience throughout their life cycle.
• Monitor communication KPIs, reach, participation, and effectiveness, proposing improvements.
• Ensure the alignment of institutional messages among the different areas and business units.
• Coordinate the team and external providers related to communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Organizational Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Internal or Organizational Communication.
• Experience in communication strategies and campaigns, organizational culture, and change management.
• Knowledge in institutional communication, channel management, executive writing, and corporate storytelling.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools.
• Intermediate English.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Schedule: Monday to Friday.
