Join our team as a General Accountant! We are looking for an analytical, ethical, and highly structured professional to lead our accounting, ensuring the financial and tax health of the company to support strategic decision-making.
Your main challenges
- Strategic Accounting: Manage general accounting in compliance with NIFs, managing operations in both national currency and foreign currencies.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare and present periodic Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Production Costs).
- Tax and Employer Compliance: Determine taxes (ISR, IVA, provisional and annual payments, DIOT), process electronic accounting, and manage obligations before IMSS and INFONAVIT.
- Integral Management: Calculate and report payroll, reconcile accounts receivable/payable, and perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Control and Audit: Validate invoicing requirements (CFDI, payment complements, and carta porte), audit the budget of operational areas (Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics), and review travel expense control.
- Strategy: Collaborate in the implementation of tax and social welfare strategies within the regulatory framework.
Requirements
- Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Contaduría Pública (Titled).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid and verifiable trajectory in the position.
- Key Tools: Mastery of CONTPAQi software, SAT/IMSS platforms, and an advanced level of Excel (pivot tables, databases, and complex formulas).
- Language: Intermediate English (with technical capacity).
- Profile: High analytical capacity, autonomy, constant updating (self-taught), and a focus on problem-solving.
