Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

Lead and provide technical direction to software development teams. Design and review scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. Make technical decisions regarding architecture, frameworks, tools, and development practices. Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Mentor, coach, and support developers in improving their technical skills. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders. Identify and resolve complex technical issues and development challenges. Monitor development progress and ensure technical deliverables meet project requirements. Support system integration, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting. Promote Agile development practices and continuous technical improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or similar technical leadership role. Strong programming and software architecture experience. Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, databases, DevOps, and modern development practices. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
