Performance Tester

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests. Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks, failures, and capacity issues. Create and maintain performance test scripts and test scenarios. Monitor system resources, response times, throughput, and application stability. Work closely with developers, testers, DevOps engineers, and technical teams to resolve performance issues. Prepare detailed performance test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. Conduct baseline and regression performance testing after system changes. Recommend improvements to enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability. Support performance testing across web, mobile, APIs, and backend systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience in performance testing or software quality assurance. Experience with tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar testing platforms. Knowledge of APIs, databases, HTTP, cloud environments, and system monitoring. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
