OPERATIONS OFFICER

Job Description: Assist the President and represent the organization to all clients fostering relationships with the Japanese customers. Support in new mold development and manufacturing operations and ensuring they meet customer and engineering specifications. Design, prove, implement and maintain production systems to deliver product on time, to quality requirements and to cost. Provide technical inputs to bids for new business and facilitate successful outcomes, researching and reporting on external opportunities to top management. Ensuring that the production operations follow company’s standards, policies, ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to mandatory and government compliance. Oversees and optimizes daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. Responsible for providing leadership, outstanding people skills and management to a team of Production and Engineers.

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training): Male Graduate of 5-year Engineering Course With 8 years +professional managerial experience of same field Fluent in Japanese language Knowledgeable in ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall supply chain performance
