Operation Manager

Your tasks

1. Supervise and manage the end-to-end operation process. Arrange bookings with shipping liners, co-loaders, customs brokers, and trucking companies as per customer’s requirements.

1. Submit SI, VGM, AMS, ISF, ENS on time without fault, and oversee as well as manage the Asia operation team.

1. Prepare and manage Ocean/Air freight export/import documentation, including MBL, HBL and related documents.

1. Coordinate with internal and external parties (departments, customers, vendors, freight).

1. Proceed billing process.

1. Manage and train the Asia operation team.

1. Perform other reasonable supervisory and operational duties as assigned by the Company in writing, which are consistent with the Operation Manager role scope.

8.Supervise and manage the OP team in daily operations, and regularly report business progress and updates to the Head Office.

Requirements

1. can communication in English is a must
2. Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline.
3. Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export operations is preferred.
4. CargoWise One system experience is an advantage.
5. Good problem-solving skills
