LeadCompass, on behalf of a client, a dynamically growing organization in the field of Vocational Education and Training, is seeking an IT Systems & User Support Specialist, based in Athens.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's information systems and technological infrastructures, while simultaneously providing technical support to users and contributing to the management of digital services and the educational platform.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructures and systems.
- Provide technical support to users, workstations, servers, and peripheral equipment.
- Management of users, access rights, and corporate systems.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Support for corporate applications, ERP/CRM, and other information systems.
- Monitoring of backup, security, and data protection processes.
- Support for networks, VPN, firewall, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Diagnosis and resolution of technical problems and management of related incidents.
- Support for telephone and telecommunications systems.
- Basic management and updating of the corporate website.
- Support for the educational platform (LMS), including user and educational material management.
- Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to effectively address technical needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Informatics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an IT Support, Systems Support, or similar role.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Experience in Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of networks, VPN, firewall, and basic cybersecurity principles.
- Experience in the installation, configuration, and support of hardware and software.
- Knowledge of backup and data protection processes.
- Basic experience in website or CMS management.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Organizational skills, responsibility, and the ability to manage priorities.
- Team spirit and good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and quality orientation.
Additional experience or knowledge in the following will be appreciated:
- MS SQL Server.
- HP or Dell equipment.
- Endpoint security solutions, such as ESET.
- IP telephony or call centers.
- HTML/CSS at a basic level.
- Educational organizations or KDM.
