About the company

Camping Le Vieux Port, a 5-star establishment located in Messanges in the Landes region, is looking for a professional to ensure the coordination of the reception and the monitoring of reservations. At the heart of the customer relationship, you will contribute to the quality of the welcome, the smooth organization of stays, and the proper functioning of the service.

Your tasks

You will ensure the monitoring of reception activity and reservations, while supporting the team on a daily basis.

• Reception management + supervision and verification of the hostesses' work
• Telephone and physical reception
• Processing and management of reservations
• Processing emails / mail
• Management of resident contracts, insurance, water heaters, deadlines
• Management of Boxes and parking space rentals
• Liaison with Tour-Operators for rooming registration
• Supervision, organization, and verification of the work to be carried out for the services for which she is responsible towards other employees or external companies (service providers) and in relation to priorities under the control of her hierarchy

Requirements

Do you have a sense of hospitality, enjoy organizing and coordinating an activity, and know how to unite a team?

Your profile We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and reactive person who knows how to take initiative while respecting the priorities defined by their hierarchy. You possess:

• A good sense of hospitality and customer relations;
• Real organizational and priority management skills;
• A sense of responsibility and an aptitude for supervising a team;
• A good command of English and Spanish, which are essential for the position;
• Proficiency with IT tools. Knowledge of reservation software would be a plus.

Your rigor, your energy, and your ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously will be essential to succeed in this position.

What we offer

Conditions

• Full-time CDD from April to September - 35h/week;
• Remuneration: €2,300 gross per month;
• Daytime work, weekends, and public holidays;
