Maitre d'Hôtel (M/F)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Maître d'Hôtel to join our dining team within our establishment. Reporting to the Management and the Restaurant Manager, you will join a passionate team in our establishment located in Vosne-Romanée.

Your missions will be:

• Guarantee compliance with the service and reception standards of a 4-star establishment
• Ensure the welcome, guidance, and satisfaction of customers throughout their experience
• Supervise and coordinate the smooth running of dining room services
• Organize and optimize setups and the distribution of tasks within the teams
• Supervise, support, and motivate the dining room teams on a daily basis by fostering a serene, constructive, and service-oriented work atmosphere
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and the establishment's quality standards
• Manage special requests and customer complaints with professionalism and reactivity
• Develop upselling (food & wine pairings, suggestions, complementary offers)
• Ensure fluid communication with different departments: kitchen, reception, spa, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Train new arrivals
• Ensure proper management of stocks related to service and dining room equipment
• Guarantee a personalized customer experience and contribute to customer loyalty

Profile sought:

• Significant and proven experience as a Maître d'Hôtel
• Excellent presentation
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Natural leadership and team spirit
• Passion for the high-end hospitality and catering industry
• English required
• Mastery of service techniques and restaurant organization
