Job Description:
Your main responsibilities
Management of non-conformities and customer quality
You ensure the complete management of internal and external non-conformities. Record, analyze, and monitor non-conformities. Take charge of customer complaints and non-conformities and ensure their follow-up. Analyze root causes and lead the definition of curative and corrective actions with sector managers. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the actions taken to prevent any recurrence. Ensure regular communication with customers regarding the progress of actions. Evaluate internal costs related to non-conformities and contribute to the prioritization of actions. Ensure the modification, validation, and transmission of necessary release documents.
You are the guarantor of proper coordination between customer requirements and the actions carried out by the various departments of the company.
QMS, audits, and aerospace standards
You actively participate in the management and improvement of the Quality Management System.
In this capacity, you: Ensure compliance with EN 9100 standard requirements. Contribute to the preparation, conduct, and follow-up of internal, customer, and certification audits. Participate in maintaining the NADCAP requirements and accreditations applicable to the processes concerned. Identify deviations and lead the associated action plans. Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and practices.
Quality performance management
You ensure the monitoring, analysis, and communication of key quality indicators. Development and distribution of the monthly quality report. Monitoring of indicators necessary for audits and customer visits. Analysis of scrap and non-conformities. Presentation and animation of indicators to the relevant teams. Utilization of quality data to identify drifts and areas for improvement.
Your role is not limited to observation: you transform quality data into concrete improvement and prevention actions.
Profile Description:
Your profile
You have significant experience, ideally a minimum of 5 years, in a Quality function within a demanding industrial environment.
Experience acquired in the aerospace, space, or defense sectors is essential to understand the expected levels of requirements and traceability.
You must have concrete experience in: Non-conformity and customer complaint management. Root cause analysis and management of corrective actions. Quality audits. Quality Management System. EN 9100 standard. NADCAP requirements.
Experience in the field of surface treatment and/or special processes is a particularly sought-after asset.
You are comfortable using problem-solving and root cause analysis methods and tools: 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, or equivalent methodologies.
You are able to communicate effectively with technical interlocutors, production managers, and customers.
Proficiency in professional English is necessary to operate in this international environment.
