C++ Design and Development Engineer (M/F)
Job Description:
Within a team of 5 people, your missions will be as follows: LLVM middle-end Development: Design and implementation of optimization passes and a plugin specific to the VSORA architecture.
- Hardware/Software Co-design: Performance analysis and feedback on the processor architecture to influence future iterations of the instruction set (ISA).
- Kernel Optimization: Development and integration of low-level computing kernels (C/C++ and Assembly) to ensure maximum efficiency on cutting-edge models.
- Quality & Industrialization: Improving test coverage, refactoring existing code, and maintaining robust continuous integration.
- Open Source Strategy: Documentation and structuring of code with the objective of bringing our stack to the Open Source community in the medium term (2-4 years).
Profile Description Master's degree in computer science or applied mathematics Technical Expertise: Excellent mastery of modern C++ and significant experience of at least 5 years in compiler development (ideally LLVM). Low-Level Culture: You understand processor architectures (VLIW, SIMD, or systolic architectures) and the impact of memory management on performance. Rigor: You care about clean, documented, and tested code. Team Spirit: You enjoy collaborating with hardware engineers to solve complex problems cross-functionally. Bilingual English
