The Position

Reporting directly to Matthieu, co-founder of the brand, you will play a central role in the life of the network.

At the heart of the daily lives of the field teams, you will support store managers in their successes as well as their challenges: driving performance, growing teams, creating links between stores, and guaranteeing a consistent and premium customer experience throughout France.

This position is intended for a bright, commercial, and deeply field-oriented personality, who loves being in contact with teams, transmitting knowledge, coaching, and bringing to life a demanding yet human retail culture.

Travel is frequent across the entire national network.

Your Missions

Drive network performance***Monitor key store KPIs: turnover, conversion, average basket, units per transaction, performance per surface area, and payroll

  • Support store managers in achieving their objectives
  • Identify levers for improvement and implement concrete action plans
  • Ensure regular reporting to management
  • Use Shopify POS and retail tools to monitor activity and stocks in real time

Be present in the field and grow the teams***Manage and support the 11 store managers distributed across France

  • Create links with each store, understand field realities, and support teams on a daily basis
  • Observe, coach, and develop team skills
  • Create a positive, demanding, and caring collective dynamic
  • Relay strategic directions from headquarters with proximity and pedagogy

Bring the brand's retail experience to life***Guarantee a high level of customer experience in every store

  • Disseminate standards for advice, merchandising, and service quality
  • Train teams in sales techniques, customer posture, and operational excellence
  • Transmit product culture: materials, manufacturing, collections, know-how
  • Ensure the consistency of the retail experience across the entire network

Participate in network development***Supervise the operational organization of stores and scheduling

  • Participate in the opening of potential new points of sale
  • Collaborate closely with the Management team as well as Creation, Marketing, Retail, and Production teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of retail tools and processes

Profile Description:

We are looking for an agile, positive, and deeply commercial personality, capable of evolving in an entrepreneurial environment and in close proximity to the teams.

You have Confirmed experience in multi-site retail management (ideally 5 to 20 stores)

  • Experience in the premium, fashion, accessories, or footwear universe
  • A true culture of commerce and field performance
  • A strong sensitivity to product and customer experience
  • Experience in supporting, coaching, and training teams
  • Good mastery of retail KPIs and digital tools (Shopify POS is a plus)
  • Operational English

You are Field-oriented and close to the teams
