Sales Director ESN (M/F)
Job Description:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will take responsibility for a broad and operational commercial scope.
Manage and unite teams***Manage the 7 ADV employees: organization, objectives, interviews, skill development, training, and recruitment
- Supervise orders and deliveries and arbitrate sensitive claims or disputes
- Gradually take over the management of mobile sales representatives: animation, field support, results, and coordination with the ADV
Manage key accounts, tenders, and pricing***Retain and develop major accounts, particularly linen rental companies
- Manage public markets: analysis, response strategy, compliance, offer construction and negotiation, responding to MAPA/AO files
- Accept the long-term nature of these markets, where relevance is not measured by an immediate signature
- Build and readjust rates according to costs, volumes, margins, and the market
- Coordinate purchasing, production, design office, logistics, and accounting on commercial files
Develop activity in France***Define the strategy, action plans, and commercial budgets with the General Manager
- Prospect, open new accounts, and identify growth drivers at a national level
- Monitor results and adjust priorities
- Ensure competitive intelligence and exploit signals gathered from customers
Prepare European development***Develop sales in Western Europe through online commerce and field prospecting
- Participate in steering committees composed of 5 people

- A CDI cadre (executive contract) with an annual flat-rate of 218 days
- A fixed salary of €45 to €50k gross annual depending on experience, supplemented by a variable component

- Contribution to home-to-work mileage expenses
- Approximately one week of travel per month in France and four weeks per year abroad
- Position based in Épinal
Profile Description:
Indispensable skills***Holder of a BAC +3/5 degree in business, you have at least 5 years of experience in BtoB business development
- You have concrete experience in team management, beyond mere functional coordination
- You have already managed turnover and margin objectives and developed strategic accounts
- You know how to build a price by integrating costs, volumes, commercial conditions, and expected profitability
- You are proficient in English in a professional context
- You are comfortable with Excel and ERP/CRM tools
Appreciated skills***Experience with public markets or complex tenders
- Knowledge of long sales cycles and negotiations involving multiple decision-makers
- Experience in textiles, professional clothing, healthcare, local authorities, or industrial laundry
- Proficiency in a second foreign language
You may be a Sales Manager, Head of Sales, or Key Account Manager wishing to move into a first management role. You may also be a Sales Director in a highly structured organization looking for more freedom of action.
