Export Business and Sales Administration Assistant (M/F)
Job Description:
As part of an increase in activity and a replacement,
Reporting to the Sales Manager and the Team, Your MISSIONS at the heart of Domaine d'Ardhuy will be to Welcome customers by telephone, in person, and by mail: Professionals in France and for Export, and occasionally individuals at the Boutique.
-Administer orders: entry, pro-forma, reservation management, invoicing, purchasing, scheduling, logistics, DAE, freight forwarding with carriers, supervised by the Sales Manager and in partnership with the Boutique and Oenotourism Team Leader.
-Ensure quality of service regarding both deadlines and the relevance of the response and information transmitted to customers and partners. This level of requirement is one of the pillars of customer engagement.
-Be in daily contact with the Production Team, the cellar, carriers, and customers.
-Advise and propose alternatives to our customers and partners.
-Participate in internal tastings to familiarize yourself with the wine range and the unique expertise of the Domaine. Participation in trade fairs could be considered.
-Occasionally contribute to other more commercial or marketing tasks such as managing online sales (online VPC via the Shopify tool), managing and engaging with Individuals, and updating awards.
-Keep the codification up to date on the commercial management tool to produce monthly and annual statistics in order to evaluate the performance of the online VPC Boutique.
Profile Description:
Profile sought: Have confirmed experience in a similar position in the wine world.
-Be an amateur or connoisseur of Burgundy wines.
-Have a good command of a commercial management tool (type ISAVIGNE or equivalent) and the Microsoft Office Pack.
-Practice English both orally and in writing.
-Be comfortable with professional clients in France and for Export to represent the Ardhuy family. Organized and rigorous.
-Attentive to customer needs and able to meet their expectations.
-Respectful of internal and/or external commercial procedures.
Working hours: 35 hours
Contract type: CDI
Remuneration: From 31000 euros gross per year: depending on profile and experience
