Runner (M/F) High Volume - Accommodation Provided SEASON27 (M/F)

The Hotel - Restaurant in department 74 is looking for runners (M/F) with good experience, very good references, and accustomed to very high volumes. They must be capable of handling very high volume services of 250 covers. We operate as a brasserie type during lunch with services of 250 covers and 60 covers in the evening. The position is to be filled from mid-December until March 31, 2027, for the winter season (approximate dates to be finalized).

Your qualities are: adaptability with versatility across all positions in the establishment, ease of communication, being attentive, punctuality, good interpersonal skills, experience in catering.

Order taking is done exclusively via tablet. A correct presentation will be required (attire/hairstyle).

It is necessary to speak English. The position includes shared accommodation. We do not accept pets.
