📌 Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Up to $4,000
• Transport Allowance: $600 + Petrol Card
• Sales Commission
• Monday to Friday (5-day work week)

Job Responsibilities

• Prospect new project leads through customer inquiries and platforms like BCI Asia and Gebiz .
• Conduct site visits to check project signage and gather information.
• Cold call developers, architects, consultants, and contractors to schedule meetings.
• Meet with stakeholders (architects, consultants, developers, and owners) to discuss project proposals.
• Prepare proposals including product specs, budgetary costs, and mock-ups for approval.
• Attend tender interviews for main contractors and shortlisted subcontractors.
• Manage and update project leads and client data in the CRM system.
• Analyze market trends and competitor product specifications in the waterproofing admixture industry.
• Monitor market share for strategic planning.
• Follow up on projects during pre-tender and tender stages, providing timely feedback and coordination.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Diploma or higher in any discipline.
• Possess Class 3 Driving License with own transport ( company transport option available ).
