Sales Manager (SMT Machinery)

Responsibilities:

Ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded.

Manage and grow sales of existing customer base.

Develop and establish new customer base.

Constant look out for new products to represent or distribute.

Continuously identify, develop and explore new business opportunities with all customers to achieve continuous growth.

Develop, execute and manage marketing plan & activity to support our aggressive sales growth initiatives.

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Electronic or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience with proven track record in SMT / SEMICON industry

Result oriented, highly motivated and dynamic professional with self-initiative and excellent interpersonal skill

Good analytical and numeracy skill

Able to work in fast paced environment

Possess own vehicle and valid driving license
