Le CabRH, a recruitment and direct approach firm, is recruiting for its client, a growing industrial company, a New Works and Maintenance Project Manager (M/F).

Job Details:

In a context involving, in particular, a project for the development and expansion of the site, you will act as the interface between new works, maintenance, and infrastructure.

Your responsibilities: Lead new works, renovation, and modernization projects

• Participate in the definition of technical needs and draft specifications
• Manage suppliers, service providers, budgets, and schedules
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Participate in industrialization and process improvement projects
• Contribute to the preventive maintenance strategy for new installations
• Participate in efforts to improve the reliability of existing equipment
• Take infrastructure and utilities into account in various projects
• Ensure the interface with production, maintenance, methods, quality, and HSE
• Support and coordinate the technical teams involved in the projects

Profile sought:

With an engineering background, you have initial experience in new works, maintenance, industrialization, or industrial projects acquired directly on a production site.

Experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or agri-food sectors is particularly appreciated.

You have already been confronted with the realities of industrial site operations and now wish to take on more responsibility, particularly in management and technical steering.

Your potential for growth and your ability to progressively take on a wider scope will be particularly appreciated.

Remuneration based on 13 months + variable
