Our client is a fast-growing French group specializing in services with a strong environmental dimension. Present throughout the national territory as well as internationally, it relies on several operating sites and several hundred employees to support its clients in their technical and industrial challenges.

As part of the development of its information system and its digital transformation projects, our client is looking for an Infrastructure & Security Lead.

Job Details:

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will act as a technical lead on infrastructure, information system architecture, and cybersecurity topics.

Within a human-sized IT team, you will participate in the structuring and evolution of the information system in a multi-site and international environment. You are capable of taking a high-level view of technical challenges while maintaining an operational approach to support the group's teams and projects.

You contribute to the definition and evolution of the infrastructure architecture by guaranteeing its consistency, performance, and security. You participate in strategic reflections related to the evolution of the information system, particularly in the context of integrating new structures, transformation projects, or the evolution of existing tools.

You conduct technical studies, write specifications, and coordinate external service providers working on various projects. You ensure the proper manageability of infrastructures and the application of defined technical standards.

You also intervene on topics related to cloud and hybrid environments by participating in technical choices and the governance of infrastructures hosted with various providers. You guarantee the availability, resilience, and performance of services.

On the cybersecurity side, you contribute to the definition and control of the group's security policies. You ensure the compliance of infrastructures with current regulations and frameworks, notably NIS2, ISO 27001, and ANSSI recommendations. You participate in risk analysis, the continuous improvement of security measures, and user awareness.

You also support several structuring projects related to the digitalization of activities, data valuation, collaborative platforms, and new digital uses.

Profile sought:

With higher education in IT, infrastructure, networks, or cybersecurity, you have significant experience in infrastructure administration or engineering with a strong sensitivity to IT security challenges.

You possess a solid technical culture covering systems, networks, cloud environments, and cybersecurity-related topics. You are able to understand an information system in its entirety and propose solutions adapted to the company's challenges.

A good knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIS2, ISO 27001, or ANSSI recommendations is a real asset. Experience in technical project management and provider coordination will be appreciated.

You move easily in multi-site environments and are able to interact with various stakeholders. A professional level of English is required.

Additional Information:

Permanent contract (CDI) based in Seclin (59).

Executive (cadre) or supervisory (agent de maîtrise) status depending on profile.

Remuneration between €40,000 and €45,000 gross annual depending on experience.
