Le CabRH, a recruitment and direct approach firm, is recruiting for its client, an Infrastructure Maintenance Manager (M/F).

Job Details:

You will be responsible for equipment maintenance and the technical operation of the site, while actively participating in its development projects.

Your main missions: Manage the technical team and organize maintenance activities

• Develop reliability and equipment availability processes
• Analyze breakdowns and implement associated improvement plans
• Supervise buildings, infrastructure, and technical installations
• Participate in the monitoring of utilities and regulatory controls
• Lead renovation, modification, and new works projects
• Participate in investments and the integration of new equipment
• Optimize the GMAO and the management of the spare parts store
• Work at the interface with production, methods, quality, and HSE teams
• Manage service providers and external companies

Profile sought:

Generalist engineer, maintenance, industrial engineering, or equivalent, you have a successful first experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or agri-food sectors.

You have already managed a team or demonstrated your ability to take on managerial responsibilities.

You are currently looking for a position that allows you to reach a new milestone, with a broader technical scope and real possibilities for evolution.

A good command of professional English is expected.
