Le CabRH, a recruitment and direct approach firm, is recruiting for its client, a major international industrial player, an Industrial Development Manager (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI) in the Anneyron sector.
Job Details:
As Industrial Development Manager, you are responsible for driving and coordinating the development and industrial scale-up activities of products, within the framework of the strategic orientations defined by Management. You will supervise a project portfolio, ensuring compliance with industrial performance, quality, deadlines, regulatory compliance, and cost objectives. In this context, your main missions are as follows: Project Portfolio Management o Drive the portfolio of development and industrial scale-up projects, from kick-off to commercial launch o Ensure compliance with milestones, deadlines, and quality and regulatory requirements o Validate industrial scale-up documentation and ensure its regulatory compliance
- Activity Management/Department Leadership
o Supervise, lead, and develop a team of approximately ten people o Organize the department's activity and distribute workloads o Set the team's operational objectives and monitor their achievement o Contribute to skill development and the increasing autonomy of employees
- Internal & External Relations
o Represent the Industrial Development department to internal stakeholders o Represent the site to clients and demonstrate knowledge of products, regulatory requirements, and process expertise o Act as the point of contact during client audits and regulatory inspections within the industrial transfer scope
- Continuous Improvement/Methods
o Define and evolve industrial project management processes (methods, standards, governance) o Identify optimization levers regarding industrial performance, quality, deadlines, and costs o Drive the department's continuous improvement projects o Guarantee the compliance of the documentation system and its adequacy with regulatory requirements
- Budget/Resources
o Evaluate the human and material resource needs of the department o Optimize the use of available resources
Profile Sought:
You have a scientific background equivalent to a Master's degree (Bac +5), from an engineering school or university (chemist, pharmacist). You have experience in product development / industrialization project management within the chemical, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical industry.
You have an English level that allows you to be comfortable both orally and in writing. Finally, you have initial managerial experience.
Additional Information:
Proposed salary: 55 to 65k€ depending on profile + variable. Executive status (cadre), day-based flat-rate (forfait jours). Position is 100% on-site.
