As part of its development, our client is looking for its future Management Control Manager M/F.
Job Details:
Reporting to the Finance Department, you are a true partner to the sales teams and General Management. You drive the economic performance of the commercial activity, support strategic decision-making, and lead a team of management controllers. Your missions are as follows:
Driving Commercial Performance***Ensure the monitoring and analysis of turnover, margins, and profitability.
- Produce and analyze commercial reporting for the Management.
- Develop dashboards and key performance indicators.
- Identify performance optimization levers and formulate recommendations.
Budget, Forecasting, and Analysis***Drive budgeting processes and reforecast exercises.
- Perform profitability analyses by activity, customer, product, or distribution channel.
- Support operational teams in monitoring their financial objectives.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects for management tools and processes.
Business Partner***Be the preferred interlocutor for commercial and operational departments.
- Support strategic decision-making through reliable and relevant analyses.
- Participate in transformation projects and the development of new management tools.
Management***Supervise, support, and develop a team of management controllers.
- Organize the department's activity and ensure the skill development of employees.
- Foster cohesion and collective performance.
Profile Sought:
With a higher education degree in Finance, Management, or a Business School, you have significant experience in commercial management control.
You have proven experience in team management and are recognized for your leadership, analytical skills, and ability to influence decisions.
You have perfect mastery of reporting and data analysis tools.
Fluent English
