Present notably in the aeronautics, space, automotive, and transport sectors, our client works on high technological value projects, from design to integration and through the testing and validation phases.
Job Details Prepare AIT activities: write and update mechanical and thermal integration procedures as well as testing procedures.
- Prepare necessary means and resources: participate in the development and acceptance of MGSE and ensure the availability of ground and flight hardware.
- Plan AIT operations in support of the AIT Manager and participate in the preparation of environmental and launch test campaigns.
- Act as the technical project referent for all mechanical and thermal AIT activities with the client.
- Coordinate cleanroom operations and supervise operator activities during integration phases.
- Participate in critical assembly and mechanical and thermal integration operations of space equipment.
- Prepare and perform environmental tests, notably thermal vacuum and vibration tests.
- Monitor activity progress and ensure technical reporting to the AIT Manager and the client.
- Analyze and process anomalies encountered during integration and testing phases, in connection with the technical and quality teams.
- Participate in the launch campaign, handovers, and lessons learned (REX).
Profile sought:
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical, thermal, aeronautical, space engineering, or an equivalent field, you have at least 2 years of experience in the preparation and execution of AIT (Assembly, Integration, and Testing) activities on space equipment or systems.
You possess solid skills in mechanics, thermal, and assembly techniques, and are proficient in the constraints related to cleanroom work and AIT processes. Knowledge of environmental testing, mechanical CAD, or opto-mechanical alignment will be appreciated.
You are proficient in technical English, both written and spoken, particularly for communicating with teams and writing technical documentation.
Autonomous, rigorous, and organized, you are recognized for your analytical skills, your ability to take initiative, and your interpersonal skills. Your curiosity and interest in demanding technical environments will be assets for success in this position.
The position may require shift work and occasional geographic mobility depending on project needs.
