Industrial Technical Director (M/F)

Le CabRH, a recruitment and direct approach firm, is recruiting for its client, an industrial player specializing in high-end product subcontracting, a Technical Director M/F, as part of a new position creation.

Job Details:

Reporting to the Site Director, you will take responsibility for a complete technical scope and notably support a major site expansion project.

You will manage 3 managers and a team of approximately 15 employees.

Your missions: Lead preventive and curative maintenance, methods & industrialization, infrastructure & new works activities.

• Supervise the management of the spare parts store and format changes.
• Define and deploy the site's technical roadmap.
• Guarantee the availability, reliability, and performance of equipment.
• Lead industrialization projects, new works, and new investments.
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of CAPEX.
• Develop continuous improvement processes: GMAO, SMED, Lean Manufacturing, problem-solving.
• Guarantee compliance with safety, BPF, environment requirements, and regulatory controls.

Profile sought:

With higher technical/industrial education, ideally Bac+5, you have proven experience in leading technical activities and management in an industrial environment.

Experience in cosmetics is particularly sought after. Profiles from the pharmaceutical or agri-food industries may also be suitable.

Knowledge of industrial subcontracting environments is a real asset.

You combine technical expertise, leadership, the ability to lead structuring projects, and proximity to the field.
