As part of its development, our client, a recognized player in the manufacturing of cosmetic products, is looking for its future Industrial Director (M/F) to lead all industrial operations of the production site composed of approximately one hundred employees.

Job Details:

As a member of the Steering Committee, the Industrial Director (M/F) is responsible for the overall performance of the plant and supervises Production, Quality, and Continuous Improvement activities in compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and the company's economic objectives.

Production Management***Define and implement the site's industrial strategy.

• Guarantee the achievement of safety, quality, cost, deadline, and productivity objectives.
• Supervise manufacturing, packaging, maintenance, and internal logistics activities.
• Optimize production capacities and industrial resources.
• Ensure compliance with the industrial schedule and customer commitments.
• Participate in industrial investments and equipment modernization.

Quality Management***Supervise the quality system in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF/GMP) and the regulatory requirements of the cosmetic sector.

• Guarantee the compliance of manufactured products.
• Ensure the proper preparation and smooth running of customer audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions related to non-conformities.
• Develop a quality culture at all levels of the organization.

Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement***Deploy a Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement approach.

• Lead projects to optimize flows, yields, and industrial performance.
• Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to reduce non-quality costs and improve productivity.
• Support teams through change management.

Management and Leadership***Manage and develop the Quality, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement managers.

• Unify teams around common performance objectives.
• Develop skills and talents within the organization.
• Guarantee a constructive social climate in connection with the HR teams.
• Lead the site's operational steering bodies.

Health, Safety, and Environment***Guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety, and environment regulations.

• Develop a strong safety culture on the site.
• Drive action plans related to the prevention of industrial risks.

Profile Sought:

With higher education such as an Engineering degree or a specialized Master's in Industrial Engineering, Production, or equivalent, you have proven successful experience as an Industrial Director (M/F) in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or potentially agri-food environment. Fluent English is imperative.

Fixed remuneration over 12 months Executive status (cadre) on a daily rate basis (forfait jour) CSE
