Le CabRH, a recruitment and direct approach firm, is recruiting for its client, a Technical Operations Director (M/F) to support the development of an industrial site specializing in the manufacturing and packaging of high-end products.

Job Details:

This new position is created within a particularly stimulating context, notably involving a site expansion project and significant challenges regarding the evolution of the industrial tool.

Reporting to the Site Director, you will manage a scope comprising Methods & Industrialization:

• Preventive and curative Maintenance
• Infrastructure & new works
• Spare parts warehouse
• Format changes

You will supervise 3 managers / 15 employees and ensure the global management of technical performance.

In this capacity, you will guarantee the reliability and availability of the installations, manage technical and industrialization projects, support investments and CAPEX, and develop continuous improvement processes.

Profile Sought:

You have solid experience in industrial technical management and are capable of simultaneously managing maintenance, industrialization, and projects/new works.

Experience in the cosmetic industry will be preferred. Pharmaceutical or agri-food environments are also particularly relevant.

Knowledge of the constraints specific to industrial subcontracting is a plus.

Leadership, project management, continuous improvement, and the ability to unite several technical expertises are indispensable.

Professional English required.
