Director of Industrialization and Industrial Performance (M/F)

Le CabRH, a recruitment and direct approach firm, is recruiting for its client, an industrial company specializing in high-end subcontracting, for the creation of a Technical & Industrialization Director M/F position.

Job Details:

In a development context marked notably by the expansion of the site, you will take responsibility for the entire technical scope: methods & industrialization, maintenance, infrastructure & new works, spare parts, and format changes.

You will manage 3 managers and approximately 15 employees.

Your main responsibilities: Build and drive the site's technical strategy.

• Guarantee the performance and availability of equipment.
• Structure and optimize preventive and curative maintenance.
• Drive industrialization projects, new works, and investments.
• Support the evolution and automation of the industrial tool.
• Deploy Lean, SMED, GMAO, and continuous improvement processes. Drive CAPEX and contribute to investment choices.
• Supervise infrastructure, utilities, regulatory controls, and safety issues.
• Manage and develop the technical teams.

Profile sought:

With higher technical or industrial education, you have 10 years of experience in a technical role with responsibilities, including a real managerial dimension.

Ideally, you are familiar with the cosmetic environment, or have worked in the pharmaceutical or agri-food sectors, with their high requirements regarding quality, safety, and industrial performance.

Experience in subcontracting would be particularly appreciated.

A unifying and pragmatic manager, you know how to take a high-level view while maintaining a strong field culture.

Professional English is necessary.
