Le CabRH, a recruitment and direct approach firm, is recruiting for its client, a company operating in an international environment, a Sole Management Controller M/F.

Job Details:

Reporting to the Management, you will take charge of all the company's management control and will intervene with full autonomy within your scope. As a Sole Management Controller, you are the point of reference for Management and operational teams on matters related to performance management.

In this capacity, your main missions are as follows: Take charge of the company's management control and guarantee the reliability of financial data and management indicatorsParticipate in monthly and annual closings, in connection with various financial interlocutorsManage the entire budgeting and forecast process, analyze variances, and identify risks and opportunitiesBuild, monitor, and evolve dashboards, performance indicators, and reporting toolsAnalyze the economic and financial performance of different activities and identify the main levers for improvementProvide Management with the analyses necessary for decision-making and formulate recommendationsSupport and challenge operational teams in managing their activity, costs, and profitabilityBe proactive in improving management control processes, methods, and toolsContribute to various cross-functional projects having an impact on the company's performance***Be the reference interlocutor on all matters related to management control and ensure the link with various internal partners

This position is distinguished by its level of autonomy and the diversity of its scope. As the sole Management Controller of the structure, you will benefit from a global vision of the activity and work in close proximity to Management and operational teams.

You will also operate in an international environment, with regular exchanges with various interlocutors abroad. A complete role that combines financial expertise, proximity to the field, autonomy, and direct contribution to company decisions.

Profile sought:

With a higher education degree (Master's level) in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, or equivalent, you must have 5 to 10 years of experience in management control or Business Controller functions acquired within a company.

Experience in an industrial, technical, or BtoB service environment is particularly appreciated, allowing you to quickly understand operational challenges and performance levers of an activity.

You master the fundamentals of management control: performance analysis, budget construction and monitoring, forecasts, reporting, and variance analysis. You are also capable of taking a step back from financial data in order to translate it into concrete recommendations for Management and operational teams.

You are comfortable with Excel and are used to working with an ERP and various management and reporting tools.

Given the international dimension of the position and regular exchanges with foreign interlocutors, a very good level of English is imperative.
