Le CabRH, a recruitment and direct approach firm, is recruiting for its client, a New Products Project Manager (m/f) on a permanent contract (CDI).

Job Details:

Within the Business development and industrialization department, you will report to the Industrial Transfer Manager and, in collaboration with the other site departments, you will be responsible for managing the transfer of new products and you must notably: Be the point of contact for projects with clients Manage projects: lead periodic meetings, ensure project planning, write minutes Coordinate the activities of the different departments Guarantee product launches within the specified deadlines Respond to client requirements Compile the data necessary for pricing the client offer Provide support to production on the ground for transfer phases: trial batches, validation batches, etc.

Profile sought:

With a degree in pharmacy or general engineering, you possess successful experience as a Project Manager in a pharmaceutical industrial environment.

Possessing good interpersonal skills and being close to the field, you are autonomous, organized, proactive, and methodical. Your analytical capacity and rigor allow you to be reactive and reliable in the daily exercise of your missions. You are proficient in English and office tools. Your technical expertise combined with your communication skills will allow you to succeed in this position.
